📌 WhatsApp Group Submission Rules
Before submitting your group, please read the following rules carefully. Submissions that do not follow these rules will be rejected.
✅ General Rules
- Group name is mandatory and cannot exceed 60 characters.
- Group link is mandatory and must contain
https://chat.whatsapp.com/(only whatsapp groups/channels accepted). - Category, Country, and Language are required fields – choose the most relevant options.
- Short description (optional) cannot exceed 200 characters.
- Tags are optional but limited to a maximum of 3 tags, separated by commas. Each tag can contain up to 20 characters.
- Do not submit duplicate groups or the same link multiple times.
🚫 Prohibited Content
Your submission will be rejected if it contains any of the following:
- Adult / 18+ / Pornographic content
- Offensive, abusive, or hateful words
- Illegal activities (drugs, weapons, terrorism, scams, fraud)
- Spam / misleading information / fake groups
- Pirated software, cracks, torrents, malware
- Gambling, betting, or casino groups
(Our system automatically checks for these bad words and blocks them.)
⚠️ Additional Notes
- A maximum of 10,000 groups are stored. Oldest groups are auto-deleted when the limit is reached.
- Submitted groups are reviewed before approval.
- Admins reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any group without notice.
- By submitting a group, you agree to follow these rules.
👉 Tip: To ensure fast approval, keep your group name and description clean, short, and relevant.
