Submission Rules & Guidelines

Welcome to WT Group Links! To maintain a high-quality, safe, and spam-free directory for our global community, we have established the following guidelines. Whether you are a user or a community admin, please follow these rules to ensure your submission is approved and remains active on our platform.

Each platform link must be in the correct format; otherwise, our system will automatically reject it:

  • WhatsApp Groups: Links must start with https://chat.whatsapp.com/.
  • Telegram Groups/Channels: Links must start with https://t.me/.
  • Discord Servers: Please use permanent invite links (Example: https://discord.gg/yourlink) so they never expire.
  • Facebook Groups/Pages: Must be a direct URL to a valid Public/Private Group or Official Page.

2. Mandatory Submission Details

When filling out the form, please ensure the following:

  • Group Name: Maximum 60 characters. Use clear, readable text and avoid excessive symbols or emojis.
  • Correct Category: Always list your group in the most relevant category (e.g., Education, Jobs, Gaming). Groups in the wrong category will be removed.
  • Description: Provide a brief summary (50 to 200 characters) explaining what your community offers.
  • Tags: Use a maximum of 3 relevant tags to help users find your group through our smart filter.

3. Strictly Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)

Our system and moderators will immediately Block and Ban the following types of content:

  • Adult/18+ Content: Any links related to pornography, nudity, or sexual services are strictly prohibited.
  • Scams & Fraud: Fake investment schemes, “Money Doubling” scams, phishing, and hacking groups are not allowed.
  • Illegal Activities: Groups promoting drugs, weapons, gambling, or pirated content (movies/apps) will be rejected.
  • Hate Speech: Content promoting violence, discrimination, or hatred against any religion, race, or country is forbidden.

4. Image & Thumbnail Guidelines

If you choose to upload a profile picture or icon for your group:

  • File Size: The image must be under 500 KB.
  • Formats: Only JPEG, PNG, and GIF formats are accepted.
  • Quality: Images must be clear and must not contain any offensive or obscene visuals.

5. Automated Filtering & Approval Process

  • Auto-Approval: If your submission follows all the rules, it will be live on our site instantly.
  • Banned Words Filter: We use a “Hardcore Word Filter.” If your title or description contains blacklisted words, the system will block the submission automatically.
  • Manual Audit: Our team performs daily manual audits. Any group found violating the rules after approval will be deleted without prior notice.
